A 10 hour Hypnobirthing course for you and your birthing partner alongside other local couples. Taken over 4 weeks. WHAT DO WE GET? 10 hours of face to face teaching time Antenatal education 6 Hypnobirthing MP3's The Calm Birth Method book Affirmation cards for you and your birthing partner Continuous support until the birth of your baby and beyond All the tools you need for a calm and positive birth The chance to meet other local parents A Goody Box FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Who can I attend with? One other person, this could be your partner, family member or a friend - Preferably your birthing partner. Do I need to bring anything? Just your lovely selves and an open mind. When is a good time to start? Sometime after 20 weeks is recommended. It is never really too early or too late but by starting closer to 20 weeks, rather than later, gives you and your partner the best amount of time and chance of embedding the tools and techniques ready for your birth experience.
