A 10 hour Hypnobirthing course for you and your birthing partner. Usually taken over 4 weeks but can be arranged to suit your needs. Please contact me if you would like more flexibility around the session times. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Who can I attend with? One other person, this could be your partner, family member or a friend - Preferably your birthing partner. Do I need to bring anything? Just your lovely selves and an open mind. When is a good time to start? Around 20 weeks is recommend, before or after is also good! It's never really too early or too late! To cancel or reschedule, please contact me up to 14 days in advance Cancellation - If you wish to cancel the course or class please allow 14 days notice of the course or class start date for a refund at 50% of the fee.
